A demo-focused B2B website for enterprise robotic kitchens, built to explain complex systems fast, enable quick self-qualification, and keep inquiry one step away.

As the solo end-to-end UI designer, I designed and shipped a responsive company website for a high-consideration B2B product: robotic kitchen assistants for enterprise food operations. The goal was to explain a complex system within minutes of scanning, build trust without over-claiming, and increase demo inquiries.

I led page structure, reusable UI modules, and final visual design across all core pages (Home, Products, About, Careers, Press, Contact), defined navigation behavior and responsive rules, and collaborated closely with an outsourced developer through build and QA. The final experience prioritizes fast self-qualification, clear product storytelling, and a consistent “Get in touch” conversion loop.

Research Approach

I ran lightweight stakeholder interviews with Marketing and Product to capture core messaging, objections, and sales questions. I audited existing pages to identify confusion, overload, and missing next steps to benchmark trust, proof, and inquiry patterns.

Key Insights

Enterprise visitors scan before they read and decide quickly whether to continue. They want to know which system fits before diving into technical depth. Trust comes from structured proof, not bold claims. And long-scroll pages only work when the rhythm is predictable. Small friction points in CTAs or forms quietly reduce conversions.

Design Principles

Route intent early so visitors can self-qualify fast. Explain complexity through clear narrative structure, not jargon. Keep conversion close by placing contact prompts at key decision moments, not just at the footer.

The product was complex and difficult to grasp quickly, making it hard for enterprise visitors to understand which system fit their needs. Trust-building content either appeared too late or felt vague, while long-scroll, image-heavy pages risked becoming dense and tiring to scan. CTAs were treated as final destinations instead of part of a continuous conversion journey.

solution

I introduced a modular storytelling system with a clear section rhythm and strong heading hierarchy to make scanning effortless. Product lineup cards clarified “best for” scenarios upfront, while proof and use-case modules were placed at key decision points. A site-wide conversion loop, combining global and in-section CTAs. Kept inquiry one step away, supported by controlled layout density and reusable containers for consistency.
